Red Butte With Nanna

Red Butte Gardens is a beautiful place to wander and run and play. The boys always have fun there so we decided to enjoy a beautiful spring morning up there with Nanna.

The boys playing in the pond at the Childrens Garden area.
All of us being silly!

Jack took the camera for a while and had fun taking pictures of the animals...that included his Daddy!
A great picture of the boys and their Nanna!

Discovery Gateway

We all went with Jack's pre-school class to the Gateway Discovery Museum. We have been many times before but this time was unique because we were able to go in for a while before anyone else arrived, we had the entire place to ourselves. It was also fun to see Cameron play so much more with some of the fun things they have there.
Jack getting a letter above, and building below.

If you have been to the Discovery Museum you know the first part you come to as you walk in is the ball area, where you put balls in a tube and it sucks them up. Cam LOVED it and it was hard to get him away from it. To be a child again and get so excited about simple things!

Saturday Family Fun

We made a trip out to Wheeler Farm a while back and it was fun. We saw farm animals with some of their babies and jumped on hay bales, chased ducks, ran from the geese, and other fun stuff. Cam kept asking me where the elephants were though, so he is still learning the difference between a farm and a zoo!:)
Pretty Jeni met us out there and spent the day with us, always a treat!
Power rangers even show up on the farm. Power Rangers is Jack's latest obsession.
We stopped by to see Rob's grandparents and they were great. Grandpa threw the ball with Cam and Jack and just had a fun time with the boys. Rob's grandparents are both 90 and are always so happy. They were so appreciative and grateful for our visit makes us realize we need to get over there more.

Happy 90th Birthday

My grandmother Francoise Marie Jean Fouche Hall was born in France on March 13th, 1922. Her 90 years have been filled with many adventures and amazing stories. My aunts and uncle put together a party for her and it was a lot of fun. I loved seeing cousins that I haven't seen for a while and it was fun to see all a lot of my Grandma's friends come and wish her well. I am so glad that she is my Grandma.
Here she is today, a life well lived.

A New Clegg

Chloe Clegg
March 8th, 2012

My brother Garrett & his wife Rachael had their 4th child on March 8th. They have two girls and one boy and wanted to be surprised by the gender of this baby. They were pretty sure it was a boy so when she was born there were a lot of surprised people in our family. We really couldn't be more happy for all of them and I can't wait until I can actually hold that little Chole in my arms! Chloe is the first of three babies in three months that are coming to our family so this is an exciting time.

While Mommy Is Away

I was able to take a short little vacation with some of my girlfriends and Rob was so good to stay home and take care of the boys. I think that the boys are going to want me to take some more vacations because they had so much fun. Playing games at Chuck E. Cheese for one thing.
Drinking Root Beer straight out of the bottle!
Movie nights with popcorn!
Lots of lego time.
Even playing with Bitty seemed a bit more fun, well for Cameron.
With all of the play they were pretty wiped out!

Finally....Sledding

We finally had a good day for sledding and it was only March 1st! It has been a very mild winter to say the least. We have a perfectly sloped hill near our home with no trees around and plenty of flat space at the bottom of the hill. Jack loves it and so do the rest of us.
The worst part of sledding...climbing back up the hill.
Even Bitty got in the action.
After some fun sledding there were a few snowballs flying through the air.
This little guy looks ready to hit the sledding hill but really he wanted nothing at all to do with it. Rob took him down a couple of times and he even went once by himself but that was about all. Maybe next year.
