An Update

Life with Cameron is great and we are so happy that he is part of our family. We are adjusting to being a family of 4 quite well. As you can tell from the pictures Cam is a good eater and has some nice chubby cheeks to prove it. He is 6 weeks old tomorrow and in a lot a ways I feel like he has been with our family much longer than that.

Jack is doing great with Cam. We have had our hard moments, but they are getting fewer and farther between. Jack really is a great helper and told me yesterday, "Mom, I love my little brother so much."
Life doesn't get much sweeter!

Chef Jack

Jack made a cake this past Sunday, and did most of it all by himself. He read the numbers off the box to tell Rob what to put the oven at, cracked the eggs, put in the oil, and stirred it all together. Oh yeah, and he also had some fun licking the bowl - he didn't need any help with that either.

What do you think is that a smile? I think it is, or at least thinking really hard about wanting to!

A New Doo?

I had some fun with Cameron's hair the other day and we tried out some different styles to see which is best. How about the comb back? (Spit up coming up is not part of this style).

I think that whatever style he ends up with he is still as cute as ever.

Here is my sweet Cameron. Such a great baby, nothing at all like his older brother!:) Thank heavens.

A Sunbeam!

My baby is a Sunbeam! I know that all of you mom's out there of more than one child have probably felt the same way I did when you brought that new one home from the hospital, you think that your first child is so BIG! Well this past week my Jack started his new class at church and he is a Sunbeam! I was at home with Cameron so Rob took him to his class and when Rob went to leave Jack gave him a kiss and said "goodbye Daddy". Rob said that he left and started to cry a few tears because Jack is getting so big.

Snowman & Snowball Fights

We made a snowman today in our backyard.

Jack just wanted to have one big ball on the bottom, and then a little small tiny head for his snowman. Whatever.

A snowball fight followed and Jack got in a few good throws before he was.....

hit with a few snowballs himself. It was a nice warm day and a fun way to spend some time.
