GOAAAAAAAAAAAL!

Some of our dear friends gave us their Real Salt Lake tickets because they were out of town and we had a great time! Cam stayed with Nanna & Grandad and it was fun to have just some time with Jack.

We had awesome front row seats, it was so fun. It is a new stadium that was just built and it was very nice, really it didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the house.

It was a fun night with David Archuleta has the halftime entertainment. Actually he was there with a little boy who was having a wish granted through Make-A-Wish and it was one of the sweetest things I have seen in a while. As far as the match went RSL tied the game up on a last second goal which we missed because we were headed to the car, but we could hear the crowd going crazy!

Jack's Prayer

Tonight Jack said the prayer on our dinner and he asked for blessings on Cameron so that he could get bigger and stronger so that he could box, and play football, and basketball with him. I am trying to warn Cameron not to get big to fast but he isn't listening the kid is just growing out and up like a weed!

Easter In St. George

On our way home from California we stopped in St. George for a couple of days. I along with my sister Nikki and her husband Matt was in a triathlon on Saturday morning which was the real reason behind our stay. It was a lot of fun, and I finished which was all I could ask. It was my first tri but not my last.

Saturday morning easter egg hunt around the house in St. George. It was a very fun weekend and just a fun end to our trip.

Disneyland

One of our favorite rides was in California Adventure it is called Midway Mania. It is a Toy Story 3D themed ride where you shoot at targets and get points. It was a lot of fun.

Buzz Light Year ride was by far and away Jack's favorite ride. Emily beat out all of us as Jack's favorite ride buddy, for every ride!

Standing in front of California Adventure with my beautiful SIL's! They were so great to spend some time with us there. We spent 3 days going to the parks and it was nice to not feel like we had to cram it all into one day. We came and went as we pleased and had a lot of fun. When Jeni & Em were not with us Rob and I even took turns going on some of the really fun rides! The Tower of Terror is so scary but so fun!

We watched a couple of parades and the Pixar parade was a lot of fun. Here is a shot of baby Jack Jack from the Incredibles!

Rob and Cam spending some time together. I am so happy we brought this baby carrier because I didn't expect Jack to want to spend so much time in the stroller.


In California Adventure they have a fun little kid ride area which is themed with the Bugs Life movie. Em and Jack riding in the raisin box.

Riding the carousel together, Cam wasn't to thrilled about it. One of the nice things about Disneyland is that we can take Cam on a lot of the rides. It was fun.

Finally at the end of our 3 days Jack was calm enough to stand next to Buzz Lightyear. Yipee!!

We even got a shot with Mater and Lighting McQueen.
We had a really fun time together as a family and it is fun to experience these things through your kids eyes.

Breakfast With Minnie

We went to Breakfast with Minnie which was a lot of fun. The food was great and we thought Jack would love to have the different characters wandering around coming to our tables and such..we were WRONG!


This is how Jack reacted to the characters. He was so afraid of them and would cry and scream if I would even try to get him to stand by them.


We finally settled on Jack blowing them kisses from way across the table.


Cam didn't seem to mind and even tried to put this guys nose in his mouth.


I made Jack take a picture with Minnie but as you can see he was not happy about it.

California Here We Come

We decided to pack the kids in the car and take a road trip. Jeni, my SIL, came along and we met up with Emily, my other SIL, when we were down there. Disneyland was our destination and we made it with only minimal amounts of screaming from Cameron!:)


After our arrival in So. Cal and meeting with Emily and Ryan we went to a park to stretch our legs and let Jack run off some energy. Cameron was being quite the cutie as well and was charming Jeni & Em!

We checked into our hotel right next to Disneyland. Isn't Cameron the cutest?


After a good nights sleep we actually went to the beach the next day and just enjoyed the sunshine. Jack loves the beach and we had fun chasing the seagulls, building sandcastle and running in the waves.
