Check Out The Chub

My little 2 month old weighs 13 lbs 1 oz and is 23 1/4" tall. Check out the chub on those legs! A you can see this little one is a good eater. He is basically just a great baby and I am so happy he is mine!

My Own Handy Manny

Jack is very helpful with things around the house, whether I want him to be or not, and I was working on re-framing a couple pictures and he of course had to be part of it. I was using a pencil to mke some lines before cutting and Jack had to do this so I held the ruler straight and he drew the line, and then after wards he put the pencil behind his ear and said look at me Mom I am Handy Manny.

Handy Manny is a cartoon on the Disney Channel and he always has a pencil behind his ear. Isn't it funny the little things that kids notice?

Look What I Did Mom!

You know how when you are a kid you were so excited to show your Mom something that you made or accomplished. I felt like that this past week when I made this....

With the help and encouragement of my dear friend Andrea we spent a couple of hours and put it together. My Mom gave me a very nice sewing machine a few years ago and it has only been used a handful of times and usually not my me, maybe this is the beginning of a new skill for me. So back to the title of my post....look what I made Mom!

An Update

Life with Cameron is great and we are so happy that he is part of our family. We are adjusting to being a family of 4 quite well. As you can tell from the pictures Cam is a good eater and has some nice chubby cheeks to prove it. He is 6 weeks old tomorrow and in a lot a ways I feel like he has been with our family much longer than that.

Don't you just love that look?

Jack is doing great with Cam. We have had our hard moments, but they are getting fewer and farther between. Jack really is a great helper and told me yesterday, "Mom, I love my little brother so much."
Life doesn't get much sweeter!
